Double Tea: Who Wore It Better?

I've got to say, Beyoncé's mum is giving Amber a run for her money.. And we don't see that everyday!
 Both gorgeous women wore this $2,731 white ruffle detailed Roland Mouret Compeyson maxi dress.

Tina Knowles wore it at Solange's wedding, while Amber was spotted recently at the Golden Globes after party..



The dress also features a very pretty ruffle at the back





I think Tina did a great job ..
But who wore it better??
